Tirath Singh Thakur, a legal luminary and an eminent jurist, was born on January 4, 1952, in Pogal Paristan tehsil of Ramban, Jammu and Kashmir, India. From his early years, it was evident that he possessed an exceptional intellect and a keen interest in matters of justice, which would eventually pave the way for a remarkable career in the legal realm.



After completing his primary education in his hometown, Thakur pursued higher studies with a focus on law.
